Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our CNC machining services.

What is the minimum order quantity for CNC machining?

We accept both small and large orders. For prototype development, we can produce as few as one piece, while for production runs, we can handle high-volume orders efficiently.

How long does it take to complete a CNC machining project?

Lead times depend on the complexity of the project, order quantity, and current workload. For simple projects, we can often deliver within 1-2 weeks, while more complex projects may take 3-4 weeks. We'll provide a specific timeline when we quote your project.

What file formats do you accept for design files?

We accept various CAD file formats, including DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, and SolidWorks files. If you have questions about specific file formats, please contact us.

Can you help with design optimization for CNC machining?

Yes, our engineering team can review your designs and suggest optimizations to improve manufacturability, reduce costs, and ensure the best possible results for your project.

What quality control measures do you have in place?

We implement strict quality control processes throughout the machining process, including material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection. We also offer additional testing services upon request, such as dimensional inspection, material certification, and functional testing.
